PUC Update 6: Travel Registration
Update Posted: March 19, 2020
Register Your Travel with Pacific Union College
The safety and well-being of students is our top priority. PUC has been monitoring situations related to COVID-19 on campus and around the world, with special attention on how local circumstances and responses abroad may impact our ability to operate programs and ensure the safety of students effectively.
Travel can increase the risk of exposure to you and the college community. For that reason, PUC is requesting that you register your travel for Spring Break through the remote learning session (currently scheduled through April 27, 2020), even if you are traveling within the United States. (Note: there are currently no confirmed cases of COVID-19 affecting our campus.)
While we have not historically asked any member of our community to register personal travel, we are requesting all students, faculty, and staff to register. Local, state, and federal travel regulations and health guidelines are changing rapidly, and we want to be as responsive and supportive as possible should more changes occur.

Your registration information, travel location, and all details will be kept confidential and only used to contact you should your travel destination be designated as an area of concern by the U.S. Department of State or the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Please continue to visit PUC's Coronavirus Update page for the latest information.
This is an unprecedented and challenging situation for all of us, and we ask for your patience as we navigate the response to the rapidly changing environment. We will rely on the spirit of resilience and shared concern that defines us as members of this community at Pacific Union College.
