Duties

Reporting to the Director of Facilities duties include:

  • Welding fabrication and welding maintenance on campus;
  • Willingness to obtain Welding Certifications as required;
  • Have an understanding of Welders smf Equipment needed
  • Coordinate cylinder tank needs on campus;
  • Maintain specialty exercise equipment as needed;
  • Ability to plan and execute projects involving welding needs;
  • Computer skills necessary for utilizing work order system;
  • Perform general maintenance on campus

Desirable Qualifications

  • Minimum five years welding/maintenance experience, with continuing education
  • Good communication skills; ability to deal with the public
  • Self-motivated and self-starter
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Supervision experience
  • Team member and player

Compensation

Hourly; $21.72 to $24.61 (plus denominational benefits, depending upon qualifications and experience)
