Duties
Must perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Locks and Keys:
- Install, repair, rebuild, and service mechanical, electrical locking and closing devices
- Responsible for designing, maintaining and record keeping for all key work on campus
Signs:
- Build, design, and install campus and event signage
- Work with PR and Signage Committee for consistency
Waterworks:
- Stay compliant with Federal and State Regulations and Reporting
- Plan, install, operate, and maintain the water utility system
- Complete weekend rounds and call backs as needed
- Swimming Pool and Fountain:
- Maintain, repair and clean pool, deck, fountain, and auxiliary equipment
- Prepare service reports of materials used and work performed
Desirable Qualifications
Certificates and Licenses:
- State of California grade 2 Water Treatment Operator License
- Distribution Operator License
- ANWA Back Flow Preventer Assembly General Tester License
Qualifications:
- Associate of Science Degree and/or equivalent experience
- Strong team player and contributor
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of computers, printers, and Microsoft Office
- Strong background in graphics and large format printing
- Working knowledge of databases
- Ability to plan, manage multiple projects and work well under pressure
- Ability to reason, be decisive, follow through and complete projects
- Ability to supervise student employees as needed
Compensation
Hourly; Compensation based on education and experience: $20-$25 per hour
