The AS Degree in Nursing is the first step in a two-step path to completing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN), and is the portion of the PUC Nursing program that prepares graduates to take the registered nurse licensing exam (NCLEX). Following completion of the AS Degree in Nursing, graduates may then continue directly on to the BSN.
On the Angwin Campus, the AS Degree program takes place over six quarters (two years).
